St Veronica YOGA for YOUTH
This course promotes health and wellbeing through yoga stretches and breath work to help bring
balance and harmony within the body, mind, & heart.
Class begins with some mindfulness techniques which helps students ground and focus.
Students learn the benefits of deep breathing & yoga with gentle stretching and we end class in our final relaxation pose connecting to our heart feeling gratitude for the blessings in our lives. Students build strength & flexibility as well as learn the tools & techniques to honour the body, calm the mind & listen to your heart!
