Are you feeling like you want to cozy up and retreat as the days are getting shorter? Do you want to feel more joy, connection and clarity as we move into 2020? Then join me in bringing back the light as we prepare for the start of winter! We'll begin with a meditation to ground ourselves and set our intentions for 2020-our chance to allow that light to bring clarity for our year ahead.
