Mindfulness + Art Explorations Sunday's at 11am on Zoom

Enjoy time spent together creating as a family or on your own in our creative community!
Now, more than ever, we require more ways to be present, grounded, and calm in order to remain resilient and move through our life experiences with ease and joy!
This intuitive, creative process has created a state of presence and resilience for me and I have found that is something that we are all craving regardless of our age.
These classes allow us to express ourselves freely and find joy in each moment by practicing to listen to our inner wisdom for guidance.
Each week, we will delve into a creative practice that helps us feel calm, centered and joyful!
Every class will include:
- A Mindful Practice: (5-10 min) including a short meditation/visualization and heartfelt intention setting, breath technique, affirmation for the week
- A Creative Practice (45 min) most of the time of this class will be spent creating using creative materials you already have at home)-pencils, paper, markers, crayons, pencil crayons watercolour paints, glue etc. We will be drawing, colouring/painting, or collaging
- A Heartfelt Closing with Gratitude and sharing for anyone who wants to share (5 min)
