Create. Play and move through each colour /energy center (chakra) to clear, release, and let go of what is no longer serving you so you're ready for what lies ahead. Delve deep into your own beautiful energy with gorgeous art materials and colours!
This course is for you if:
You want to learn more about the chakras.
You want to explore the chakras through painting.
You have never painted before and are excited & willing to play and explore with unlimited painting possibilities
You have painted before and are excited & willing to play and explore with unlimited painting possibilities.
You are afraid to paint because you’re not an artist or not a painter.
Your heart and soul light up at the thought of exploring juicy paint colours & textures.
You are intrigued, excited & afraid to tap into your heart and soul.
You are curious as to how your soul’s voice will be made visible onto your canvas.
You are willing to be brave and paint beyond what your mind will try to tell you.
You are willing to be guided by your inner spirit through play, dance, journal & explorations of various materials in order to move deeper into the painting process.

What you can expect:
We will begin the day with a centering & meditation & then move into gentle yoga movements to unblock and awaken our creative energy.
We will learn and explore the seven major chakra's and begin to release and open up to them through various techniques and art mediums. As you begin to apply the guiding principles for each chakra through your creative process, we will work through our discomforts so that we may integrate them and find comfort within ourselves. These approaches will also provide the opportunity to help us move through and transform when we feel “stuck” during the creative process.
By giving ourselves full permission to move through the challenging parts of our painting, we allow the artwork to speak and reveal any images or messages meant just for you.
I, Tiziana, will be fully present to guide and support you throughout your creative process making sure you always feel safe and supported.
My intention is that you take the time to go within and simply...just...allow.
Allow yourself to listen deeply to your soul.
Allow your spirit to be heard and seen.
Allow yourself to be brave, take risks and step fearlessly into the unknown.
