This mindful, visual art course allows students to be creative, happy & compassionate inquirers. Each program encourages students to challenge their MINDS, engage their HEARTS & use their HANDS to create & invent soulful works of art! We explore drawing, painting, clay, textile, and nature. We take five minutes at the start of each class to practice grounding, deep breathing techniques, and connecting to our hearts with gratitude.

Beginning: Saturday, January 21, 2022

Ending: Saturday, March 4th 2022

Time: 10:30am-12:00pm



Ages 5-12 years of age



Max: 8 students



Location: Tiz's home studio in King City (King Rd, north of Keele St) in person
