Join Tiz as she guides you through a meditation to get clear on what your heart desires and together envision an expanded consciousness of love for all.
You will receive a piece of earthen clay and learn how to create a vessel while contemplating the concept of 'holding' -what am I holding onto that is no longer serving me? What do I envision to hold in my heart to carry me through the next few months? How can I nourish myself and others, with what I am holding in my heart?
By creating with our hands, we can manifest a reality that is true to our soul's calling.
