Full Moon Sacred Circle - Friday December 13th 6:45-9:30pm at Sherwood Farm

Let go of any and all limitations through an intuitive, expressive art exploration. Then relax as you are guided through a Yoga Nidra meditation accompanied by a nourishing Sound Bath to integrate your intentions of letting go during this Full Moon in Gemini.
We begin with a bilateral drawing exploration and create a book from it--letting go of any limitations, negative thought patterns, mindsets, ancestral stories, societal programs etc. When we consciously make the intention to let go with the heart leading the way, it is easier to dissolve what is no longer serving our highest good. The art experience further supports the letting go process using the HANDS-HEAD + HEART.
Following our art exploration, we begin our yoga nidra meditation while bathing in the soothing sounds and resonance of the crystal bowls, chimes, and tuning forks.
Melt and sink into the energies and light of the Full Moon.
The Full Moon in Gemini on December 15th which is asking us to bring our awareness to themes such as communication, social connections, and adaptability. Gemini highlights intellect, duality, and how we express ourselves. We will explore these themes at this gathering.
