Spring is a time of renewal, a gentle awakening. We witness this not only in nature but within ourselves.
The Spring Equinox is significant because it marks a moment of balance in nature when the length of day and night are equal.
This is a time to embrace balance, renewal, and new beginnings. Some of our ancestors saw this time as the true "New Year" which connects with the planting season, fertility, and rebirth. It's a great time to clear stagnant energy and declutter, making space for the new to enter our lives. We FEEL more in-tune to nature's rhythms, as we observe nature awakening.
To truly connect with this sacred awakening, Tiz will guide you through a meditation and creative experience to invite you to awaken to the presence within. We will observe a piece of nature (a flower, a plant -could be a real, live one, or a photo)--taking the time to fully witness and 'see' its beauty. When we can truly be present and witness the beauty in something, we can better witness and see the beauty within ourselves.
