Family Mindfulness & Painting MAY 6th 2018
Enjoy learning about mindfulness together as a family. There will be a 10 minute centering and guided inner journey followed by some gentle yoga stretches before delving into the creative process. Guidance is given to begin your creative journey. For the month of January, we begin grounding with clay. Each participant receives a piece of earthen clay that will be explored. Looking forward to creating together with you! All ages Welcome!
