Imagine standing before a big, blank canvas.
You scoop luscious paint onto your fingers. You close your eyes and take a deep breath. Feeling scared and excited all at the same time, you decide to surrender to the creative process you’re about to begin—-this is not just a paint class—this is a journey back to the most intimate parts of YOU!
In this pause, you feel time stand still---recognizing the unlimited possibilities before you and the unlimited potential within you----the connection with you and the canvas.
Imagine how the contact of paint to canvas must feel.
Exhilarating.
Adventurous.
Spontaneous.
Terrifying.
This meeting feels so unfamiliar but so very good.
With your eyes closed, you dive in fully and allow yourself to be immersed in the moment.
The smushy paint against the slight roughness of the canvas feels so good you just want to bottle this moment. You smile a big smile as you allow yourself to play.—play more like a child--feeling joy and pure freedom!
You realize, “This….this, is what being ALIVE feels like.’
As you adventure on this unique creative journey within, you allow your heart and soul to be your guide.
Learn techniques to listen to your inner muse and move through any challenges with ease and grace by trusting and allowing your canvas to unfold and reveal itself in this moment.
Full support and guidance will be provided by Tiziana D'Angelo-Artist, Teacher + Intuitive Guide. Tiz created this course as a way to bring back play and courage as a way back to your heart and soul...as a way to remember and reconnect to your beautiful, magnificent self!
Centering in circle and 30 minutes of gentle yoga will take place before the painting process to allow our creative juices to flow freely! Spaces are limited.
Workshop includes your canvas, unlimited paints, interesting materials and tools, a delicious lunch by The Kingbridge Centre, and lots of guidance and support from Tiziana D'Angelo (Intuitive heARTist, & Guide).
