This is a space for kids to gather, and create from within.
It's a space to transmute all that is taking place in the outer world and your inner world.
It's a space to be fully present with yourself and practice how to be present.
It's a space to deeply know the love that you are.
It's a space to enjoy the state of just being.
It's a space to feel all your feelings, the good ones, and the not-so-good ones.
It's a space of deep listening.
It's a space of knowing.
It's a space to surrender.
It's a space to transform with ease and grace.
My intention for this creative online space for kids is to provide a safe place to gather together and create. When we create in community from a place of love we expand our love consciousness from the depth of our hearts and into the world through a weekly practice of meditation, some movement (stretching), and exploring intuitive and expressive art. Use whatever materials you have on hand.

When: 3rd Sunday of each month at 10:30-11:30am (this may change according to what works best for the group).
NB: This course is for kids and families. (There is an adult Creative Cocoon at 12pm)
There are no refunds or transfers.
